HOW TO TAKE STOCK
Throughout your life your strength can create the distinction between extremely living and just existing. There arc three simple rules for staying in shape: (1) have regular medical checkups; (a pair of) eat sensibly; (three) move a very little every day—but underneath your own steam. Life being what it is today, it is typically difficult to be physically active even if you would like to. Sports facilities, significantly in metropolitan areas, are hopelessly inadequate in variety, and time accessible throughout the day to devote to physical activity is at a premium for many people. If you follow this plan for twenty-four weeks, you will have exercised all elements of the body and increased your agility, flexibility, and balance.

For the second and following six-week periods, you can create your own charts, using those printed here as a model. You may notice that a chart has been provided for recording your weight each week, since obesity could be a common grievance of well-fed Americans. Bear in mind that every one the exercise in the planet can not facilitate your lose weight if you’re overeating. You’ve got to keep in mind that it is the ratio of intake of food to output of energy that determines your weight. Be sensible concerning your diet: do not cut out, impede the food you eat. Keep track of your progress by weighing on the same scale at the same time every week, ideally before breakfast.
